    First time

    42 years old 230 lbs 28% body fat. First ever cycle prop, about 4th week in 125 twice week, nolva 10mg daily. Felt good however now feels like my heart is racing hard to sleep pulse however not high is this normal? Is this cycle too much first time for 10 weeks? Not really sure of pct any suggestions would be great. Really enjoy the pushing myself at the gym,only wish I could have got this rush twenty years ago. Thanks for the help

    well,

    the prop should be shot ED or at least eod,

    your bf is pretty high to cycle, which may be why you're having some of sides.

    You really should have asked these questions WAY before you ever started !!!

    Its not that the cycle is too much for a beginner, but at 28% body fat, you should NOT be using steroids as the health risks are MUCH higher for at that bodyfat !!!!

    PCT is something you need to understand and HAVE ON HAND BEFORE you even start a cycle !!

    DIET is the first place you need to be concerned with.

    how long have you been back to the gym?
    What is your daily food intake like?
    what are your goals for using steroids?

    Been back at the gym for 7 months. Started at 247lbs dropped to 214 then started protein shakes now at 225 to 235 .Diet bsn synthai 6 morning shake, take two scoops after workout lunch salad w chicken, shake afternoon then wheat pasta or small steak chicken again with shake b4 bed. goals add size but more for defined look. thanks

    with that bf, I'd be more concerned with cutting, before trying to add on any size.

    pct=post cycle therapy... in other words what you take to bring your levels to normal after you're done with your cycle...

    some do some don't others have on hand just in case they need it. I personally have it on hand for the pct. but imo your best bet is to check out your diet and training because your bf is pretty high...

    thanks I assume hard cardo is ok while on cycle keep in mind my bathroom scales are whats telling me my body fat

    keep nolva on hand in case of gyno symptoms.

    go read those pct stickys!

    those scales never accurately read bf...if you post a pic, we can give you a better estimate.
