Doing research with ????
I'm 43 years old, 6'1", 195lbs and have worked out off and on for the last 20 years. I'm recently divorced and have decided to give it a serious effort to shape myself (lean and mean). I am considering trying AS to get a head start. I’ve been reading a lot of info on this site and have gained some knowledge, but still no sure. I guess I don't want to make any mistakes. I reviewed the cycle, side effect and injection information. What confuses me is what combination of stuff to start with to get result but avoid side effects.
Is there anybody that has started new and has a STARTER RECIPE?

lol an occassional candy bar. What urs bf% about? Kind of important in gauging what, if any type of AAS should be used. When using AAS you probably want a lower body fat percentage for various reasons.

Thank you, I plan to. I probably won't do any thing until the end of summer. Just doing my homework early.
