    test and clen

    im considering running clen with my last 6wks of test e, any1 eva tried this and did the clen hinder the test in anyway, 500 mg test pw, cheers

    havent tried it but id run it through pct personally

    That all depends on your diet, if you were to run clen to try and cut you would have to adjust your diet accordingly, so yes if you were to go in to a calorie deficit it would hinder your gains...

    I wouldnt agree 100%..

    Depends if you are cutting or bulking..
    Lean bulk- no need to adjust the diet, just up the cardio a little and throw the clen in. and yes definitely while in PCT

    yeah always use it during pct, i dont look to get massive, 16st as it is, just leaned out with decent defination. thought maybe it would be good for bloat etc while on. cheers guys

    well clen isnt catabolic so it will not hinder gains at all some even say it helps to build lean musle but i think the anabolic properties are exaggerated.. im am doing a 10 week test p cycle along with a 2 week on two week off protocol. if you keep your protien high it is definitly possible to add some lean mass

    I noticed on Clen i couldnt eat as much so it was hurting my gains, i know everyone is different though. m2c
