New kid on the block, Needs advice.
Hey Everyone.
I'm the new kid on the block who needs a good amount of advice.
I have been lifting ony for 15 months. When I started off I was 155 lbs. after a year of lifting, lots of protein and vitamins I got to 185 lbs and about 9%bf.
I was very pleased with my gains on arms,abs and defined back, but i had one problem. I couldn't get my chest and back bigger.
Right now i'm 6'0 175 lbs, 13%bf. My goal is to be 195 lbs and about 9%bf. I know that this is possible. I need big and wider chest, filled in back and wider neck (this one sound weird). Please Help me. (I was thinking about 8 week cycle of deca but nothing more than that)

I'm 20 years old.
How much test should I add, and that will improve my gains (I know lots about other AS but not much about Test.

IMO you just need to change your workout, not just jump straight into juice. Especially since youre talkin about just runnin straight deca . Look at some of the other guys training splits and routines on the workout questions, and research and ask questions.
