100% Brand New - Advice Needed
Ok so a little background is in order. I am, as you can see, brand new to this. I have never taken steroids , or anything like that. But I am sick and tired of the way my body looks and feels. I want to use steroids to get into shape and get a new lease on life, one where Im not ashamed to take my shirt off at the beach.
I am 22 years old, weigh 190lbs. and stand 5'8", Im guessing I have about 40% body fat. Which is exactly why I need help. I used to be in pretty decent shape, I used to lift and wrestle in high school. But after high school I wasnt as active as acvite as I should have. I have started lifting again about a year ago but havent made much progress.
So I guess I'm asking for advice on how cycles work, how to avoid gyno, what would best thing for me to take during a cycle, what to do after a cycle ends, and other tid bits you think I should know.
Also I'm looking to only do a few cycles so that I can get into shape but want to go natural as soon as possible afterwad without loosing to much, what is the best way to go about that and is there any side effect I should watch out for.

at this point you need to get the diet and training in check and drop some BF.. steroids are not the answer.

To be honest that is exactly the opposite of what I hoped to hear, but exactly what I expected. I agree that I need to bump up the cardio and get on a more strict diet. I guess I could use any advice you have about how to cut some weight quickly. I am currently deployed over seas in south west asia and we have a pretty decent gym but healthy food options are extreamly limited.

Welcome to AR
do you work out now?
if so, what, when , how often
if not, what will you be doing
what is your daily food intake like , and when do you eat
I would get my bodyfat calculated as soon as possible so you have an accurate mesure and place to start as 40% would put you at morbidly obese
steroids are NOT the answer for you YET. we need to get your food consumption in order first, so while we do that you can read and research here to learn everything you need to so you are ready when the time is right to use steroids
Steroids DO NOT make you skinny, they will HELP an already great diet and training program

sorry, its not what you want to hear, if steroids were the "Fat Loss" king, don't you think all the obese people would be on them??
We can help you get there if you are willing to do the hard stuff
We are here to keep you healthy and help you reach your goals

Welcome. Yes i have to agree with everyone you are no where near ready. Check out the diet section and work your ass off. You can get back down and in good shape again without AAS. Once you are in shape, have diet in check, and are below 15% bf then maybe consider AAS

To be honest I have no real idea what my consumtion is like. It sort of like a cafateira type set up and you just sort of get what you get. I keep away from the fried food and soda and anything that look blaitantly unhealthy.
As far as work out goes:
Monday - chest
Tuesday - bis/tris
Wednsday - back
Thursday - legs
and about 35 min of cardio 3 times a week

40% is obsurd.
Im sure youre around 25%, which is bad, but not insanely bad like 40%.
Listen to T-Mos, he'll set you straight.
To lose BF, do the following!
1) Diet
2) Cardio
3) Lifting

exactly, 1) DIET DIET DIET, 2)CARDIO, 3)lifting, but honestly it sounds like your lifting more then you cardio, i would totaly swap that around, and i would cardio more than 3 times aweek, when im cutting, i lift, then i go and do about 45mins of core and cardio. Good luck bro, the guys here will set ur diet and cardio straight

25% +
Go to the gym and get a test with a skin caliper.

I agree with everyone else. Anything you spend on Steroids now is a 100% waste of money.
Diet, cardio, gym time is what you need for the next 6-8 months if you do everything perfect but maybe longer, probably at least a year.
Really you wont see any benefit at this point.

I'm not one to post much on here because I'm no expert in the steroid world but one thing I know from experience is if you don't have the discipline to do it
naturally what makes you think you will be able to do it with steroids ??
having lost 100+lbs myself I can tell you that consistency is your best friend...Clean up the diet work hard you probably won't even need steroids...
You may not realize it but discipline/will is 90% of the game...if you do a cycle wrong you can get worst I've seen it first hand. I have a friend that has bigger boobs then my wife! he never takes of is shirt, NEVER...is it because of steroids...NOPE! it's because he was unable to diet and workout consistently to start with!
Please excuse my spelling...English is not my primary language!

Hey guy, I really appreciate all the advice even if it isnt what I wanted to hear. I have been talking to a few guys on base here who have lost a decent amount of weight and have figured out what to do to revamp my diet. Same with my work out, going to be doing an hour of cardio twice a day 5 days a week. Again thank you for the advice.
