First Test - E cycle
Age:21
Height : 6"4
Weight: 238
BF- 19-20%
Diet : average 7000-8000 cals a day
Morning : consists of multipe things; egg whites, bacon, sausgae, cereal. I try and eat eggs everyday. 3-4
2nd meal : can of tuna and/or Met-rx bar (sometimes both)
Lunch : I'm at school so whatever I get my hands on unfortunatly between classes. I always have a whey shake , I keep the powder in my car haha.
4th meal (snack) : bag of nuts or beef jerky
pre-workout - rye bread with turkey, chicken breast, ot tuna and mayo. sometimes ham and cheese. Cell Mass (BSN) shake.
Dinner - I house food. whatever im in the mood for. Im tryin to stay away from carbs to lower mt BF.
Nighttime- If its a non-cardio day, I sip whey before i sleep sometimeswhatever dont finish in the fridge and glup it in the A.M
It's not perfect. But I eat healthy. no fast food and crap
Training - since ive been 16yrs old. pretty serious at 17
Cycle -
Week 1 - 10
Test-E 500mg/week (2 shots a week)
AI - Arimidex
Week 1 - 12
1mg /day throughout entire
Nolva - (as needed during also)
Week 13 - 40mg /day
Week 14 - 20 mg /day
Week 15 - 20 mg / day
Clomid - (my question lies here, is it to much PCT, i want to be better safe than sorry)
Week 13 - 100 mg/day
Week 14 - 50 mg/day
Goals - get bigger and stronger. Im not sure if i care about BF for the summer or not, but if i decide to, il adjust my diet accordingly and up my cardio.
I've been a member for awhile quietly reading and talking to ppl I know on research. I put this together myself so go ahead and please point out flaws, im sure ther is some.
but anyways, i get the stuff saturdayhopefully. or at least put in for it. so im goin through with it, just wanted to make sure this is solid before i do.

not a diet expert but it looks a lil off, diffently not seeing 7000 to 8000 cals there. other then that ive read alot on ai and i believe the dosage is better at .25 at eod. again just what ive read.

got it , push PCT start to wk15. ( I wrote in my notes 3 weeks after last shot must have read it somewhere, well for Test enanth anyways but 15 is fine)
A.I. reduced from 1 to .25 - (makes sense)
Il go out and buy casein
I guess uping the cardio before i run the gear is a must. Summer's comin anyways so I"ll hit it. I'll try and get to 15% bf as best I can.
My diet is what it is. I know the rule is not to make excuses, but my life right now is tough. But I really will try , I want to make this work.

if i were you i would cut through summer. hopefully by then youll be leaner and things will be a little easier. then start your cycle late fall early winter. in the meantime continue doing your homework and improving your diet. patience is key here.

Yeah its prob not 7000 now that i look at my log. However Breakfast - Dinner - Lunch are easy around 1000-1200 in a sitting. throwing in all the calories from shakes and the bar puts mean roughly at 5000.
so correction a little over 5K a day
like I said , its tough going to school. It's sporadic.
I'm goin cut back starting 2moro anyway and ++cardio. lower my BF before I start. I'll ask my aunt for a diet, she's a MD in internal medience and was a ceritified trainer during her med school years. I'll stick to it as best I can.

What im going to do is hold off on the cycle. Run it when i do get down to 15%. Maybe even start in the summer. I won't be goin to school so i can concentrate 100% on the training.
I just want to make sure the doses and time table are correct. I'll write it into my notes and make sure I have everything I need when the times comes.

my bad. 2 weeks after last injection is when you begin post cycle. a was thinking 12 week cycle.

bad timing. bad diet. more health risks. that much more to cut after bulking.
dont think he needs anymore reason then that right there.
