Diet : average 7000-8000 cals a day

Morning : consists of multipe things; egg whites, bacon, sausgae, cereal. I try and eat eggs everyday. 3-4

2nd meal : can of tuna and/or Met-rx bar (sometimes both)

Lunch : I'm at school so whatever I get my hands on unfortunatly between classes. I always have a whey shake , I keep the powder in my car haha.

4th meal (snack) : bag of nuts or beef jerky

pre-workout - rye bread with turkey, chicken breast, ot tuna and mayo. sometimes ham and cheese. Cell Mass (BSN) shake.

Dinner - I house food. whatever im in the mood for. Im tryin to stay away from carbs to lower mt BF.

Nighttime- If its a non-cardio day, I sip whey before i sleep sometimeswhatever dont finish in the fridge and glup it in the A.M

It's not perfect. But I eat healthy. no fast food and crap

Training - since ive been 16yrs old. pretty serious at 17

Cycle -

Week 1 - 10
Test-E 500mg/week (2 shots a week)

AI - Arimidex
Week 1 - 12
1mg /day throughout entire

Nolva - (as needed during also)
Week 13 - 40mg /day
Week 14 - 20 mg /day
Week 15 - 20 mg / day

Clomid - (my question lies here, is it to much PCT, i want to be better safe than sorry)
Week 13 - 100 mg/day
Week 14 - 50 mg/day

Goals - get bigger and stronger. Im not sure if i care about BF for the summer or not, but if i decide to, il adjust my diet accordingly and up my cardio.

I've been a member for awhile quietly reading and talking to ppl I know on research. I put this together myself so go ahead and please point out flaws, im sure ther is some.

but anyways, i get the stuff saturdayhopefully. or at least put in for it. so im goin through with it, just wanted to make sure this is solid before i do.
