what should i start with
hi....im Rami
actually i never used anything but proteins and amino fuels.
now im 177cm / 75kg.
my coach told me dianabol pills is good for me with glutamine and creatine beside what i mentioned b4.
in the same time others told me dianabol is not good.
so i really need some advises to know what should i use.

if your going to use steroids look into injectable testosarone ethanate @ 500mgs per week for 12 week with a nolvadex and clomid pct satrting 14 days after last injection.
dianabol only is not a good way too go

let me be honest with u more.....
it had been long time i didnt play and i started again in the mid of February.
i was 65kg and now im 75kg.....
so i thought i might start a cycle after cpl of weeks.
regarding the injections, is there any side effects on it?? actually im kinda afraid from it lol.
by the way, im 26 years old, i guess its important info

you need to do alot more reserch bud,your gaining great naturaly so no need to jump on any steroid yet ,keep doing what your doing and when you stop gaining add more food to your diet and see how you go ,in around 2-3 years when you have tryed to gain all you can with a good diet then think about useing steroids .
test e is a good starting cycle and you will have great gains if you get it right,alos you need to look into pct (post cycle threopy) this is very very important .

Welcome. Are you a runner? At 6' and 170lbs you can do a lot with a good diet. Why steroids if i may ask?

well i will tell u alil how my life going...
my job needs alot of thinking and moving but not all the times, as i work in exhibitions and events field, so only in seasons my life go to hell lol
other days, its regular schedule of food mixed between egg, chicken, rice, milk besides protein and animal pack (as my coach advice to get a multi vitamins).
so thats why i thought it might be good to take other things to make a good results.

You need to spend sometime researching testosterone , clomid and nolva. Do that and you will be in a better position to ask questions..
