Gyno [AFTER]

I have Arimidex/Nolva/Clomid/Letro on hand. Original plan was to take 0.25mg EOD of Arimidex.

Should I just wait INCASE I have signs of Gyno? Or take it anyway?

Also IF I get Gyno, whats the proper procedure then?
Do I still continue my cycle the same way after 'combating' it?

First injection today
Week 1-10: 400mg Test C
Week 1-4: 100mg Anavar ED
Week 6-10: 100mg Stan ED

Week 12-16: PCT

with that cycle i wouldnt take anything during the cycle for gyno

just keep it on hand in case

and then run a normal PCT with an AI

i doubt youll get gyno at those doses and with that gear. avavar and stan arent known for causing gyno and your test dose is below average. your good to go

Was just worried due to my BF% (~20%) that it may happen
But yeah would rather keep in on hand just incase instead of wasting it

if you get gyno. id use the letro first. it will lower your estrogen faster and harder then arimidex
then use the arimidex to come off of the letro so your estrogen doesnt rebound

This debate seems to surface everyday and continues on and i am soaking up all info available!

I don't understand why people don't hop on the treadmill and work things out before hopping on a cycle... less risks the better but I know we are all stubborn..
wait until symptoms occur and then go ahead if you have gyno..

if i get gyno...
i go about using Letro at 2.5mg a day for about a week. then taper the dose down... maybe cut it in half for another week and so on. till i get to .25mg a day. when your at that dose. i start runnin another AI. either a-dex or aromisin. at an average dose. run that AI for a few days while still runnin the letro. then stop using the letro and keep using the other AI for a few days after youve stopped the letro

it gets rid of the gyno. and helps prevent estrogen rebound from stopping the letro.

this is how ive ran it in the past

but its all in how your body reacts. different doses and time periods may be needed for different ppl

plus ive caught my gyno very early on. so if you dont notice your gyno for a bit then you may need a more strict regimen

IMO, start the Adex at .25mg EOD from the start of the cycle. The .25mg EOD is not going to kill gains and should keep the water off as well, especially since you are at 20%BF at the moment.

im gonna agree with this. i didnt know the original poster was such high body fat when i replied before
and doin it this way wont hinder the cycle at all
