    first cycle need help ( anavar )

    i am about to start a cycle of anavar for six weeks and have been given alot of different info of what dosage to run it at can you help...

    i was considering around 60mg e/d, would this be sufficient for a guy around 200lb.
    over how many days should it take to taper to this and off.
    what mg of nolvadex should be run and for how long after?
    is there anything else besides milk thistle that should be run throughout?

    advice appreciated guys!!!!

    60mg is fine.
