    not a good cycle, u relise how much of tht oral test u gota take to get into minimum dosage, just gota try and get urself on a test e or c ... i never thought i would do it, ever... but guess what lol

    100 max, me personaly wouldnt even do 100 , thts the stage were the nasty sides kick in..... at 300mg ur gonna have serious visual and other shit sides

    the reason i didn't answer is because i don't think you are ready, personally i like to see a pic of the person if i'm unsure if they are ready or not? they go from there, these aren't OTC things bro, they need to taken very serious

    On a serious note, if he in fact has a 9% bf than in theory he would be above average muscle wise, I mean I know people who look like they are 210-215 and in fact weight 180-190.
