    Need some cycle advice please...

    hello all,

    i'm 28yo, about 5'11, and weigh roughly 175 or so. been training since i was 18. bf is somewhere between 8-12%. haven't gotten it checked since last summer. my first cycle was last year around this time. it consisted of test prop, deca , and masteron . i know i know...heavy cycle for a first time user. unfortunately i was introduced to aas without any information on how much research is required for before and after cycling. a buddy of mine just got it for us and we started shootin away. never even told me about pct. luckily i stumbled upon this site and got information on proper pct and came off fairly well. pct included hcg /nolva/aromasin /vitamin e. was shut down for a month or so but held about 60% of my gains.

    so its that time of year again and am looking to do another cycle. this time im going to be prepared and have everything necessary prior to injecting. i want to do a prop and tren ace cycle, and possibly some masteron. from what ive researched i will run the prop at 125mgs eod/wk, tren 100mgs eod/wk, and masteron 100mgs eod/wk. minimum of 400g of protein/day in form of lean meats and shakes. as far as pct, i wasnt too happy with the results from my last one. was hoping someone here could help out in that section.

    what do you guys think of my plan? is this a good choice for 2nd cycle? any suggestions or criticism would be appreciated. thanks!

    well obviously to gain more...lean mass that is. prior to my first cycle i weighed 165 and no matter how much or frequently i ate i could barely get past that mark.

    did you get your diet critiqued here, i have a hard time believing that for a lot of reasons

    ^^^ yep, i am betting that you need a diet revamp first AAS do not make up for a poor diet adn that is why you didn't gain much off your HEAVY cycle.

    If I had taken what you did, I can guarantee I would have gained at least 30 lbs!!!

    post up what you eat in a typical day with the times you eat and let us start there so when you do your next cycle, you actually get benefits from it that you can keep

    well my diet has never been spot on. to be honest the only time i really measured the amount food intake was during my last cycle. i work almost 10 hours a day so i dont have too much time to map out a FANTASTIC diet. ill check the diet forum for some info on how to eat better and by the time i start my 2nd cycle ill be sure to have it nailed.. but realistically im here to get help on my next cycle and hope that you seasoned fellas can help a brother out.

    we do help, but we help by telling people what they need to hear, even if it's not what they want to hear. establish your goal and let us tell you the right way to reach that goal.

    id be happy with an additional 15-20lbs of lean hard mass. thats the most simple way i can put it. if my cycle choice is not fitting or not right for me than i'm open to any suggestions. thanks for keeping it real big...
