i'm 28yo, about 5'11, and weigh roughly 175 or so. been training since i was 18. bf is somewhere between 8-12%. haven't gotten it checked since last summer. my first cycle was last year around this time. it consisted of test prop, deca, and masteron. i know i know...heavy cycle for a first time user. unfortunately i was introduced to aas without any information on how much research is required for before and after cycling. a buddy of mine just got it for us and we started shootin away. never even told me about pct. luckily i stumbled upon this site and got information on proper pct and came off fairly well. pct included hcg/nolva/aromasin/vitamin e. was shut down for a month or so but held about 60% of my gains.
so its that time of year again and am looking to do another cycle. this time im going to be prepared and have everything necessary prior to injecting. i want to do a prop and tren ace cycle, and possibly some masteron. from what ive researched i will run the prop at 125mgs eod/wk, tren 100mgs eod/wk, and masteron 100mgs eod/wk. minimum of 400g of protein/day in form of lean meats and shakes. as far as pct, i wasnt too happy with the results from my last one. was hoping someone here could help out in that section.
what do you guys think of my plan? is this a good choice for 2nd cycle? any suggestions or criticism would be appreciated. thanks!
