6th week in cycle
Ok so last night i posted that i was frustrated about my BF test done last night.
They said that i had lost 2lbs of lean mass and gained 6lbs of fat. This was a three point caliper test. This is my 6th week in of 200mg bumped now to 250mg twice a week of test cyp. WTF! So some replies last night were to do my test by measurement instead. This test came out that i had gained 19lbs of muscle 189lbs of lean mass) and lost 6% BF (16% BF). They both seem off according to the beginning BF caliper test if done right then (217lbs, 170 lean mass, 21% BF . Please help.

I don't get what you are asking?
One test said you gained 19lbs and lost 6% bf
Another said you gained 6lbs of fat and lost 2lbs of muscle
I mean how can you honestly not tell which one is right one? Look in the mirror have you lost fat? I mean if you lost 6% you should be able to tell....

no i havent lost 6% BF that is what i am saying as well i don't know how i would have lost lean mass if my strength is through the roof. what is the best way to test?

as well how do you loose muscle on AAS if you are lifting and eating well?

Diet looks alright, I mean not the best diet in the world but it is above average.
I don't know what to tell you....
How much weight have you gained so far?
What is your training like?
There is no reason why you should lose 2lbs of muscle and gain 6lbs of fat even if you aren't are on AAS. So the test has to be wrong and you are pretty sure that your gear is not tainted at all so we can only go by what you think.
What do you think about where your at? Do you think you have gained muscle? Have you gotten stronger?
