Question First cycle Questions for a light weight

Looking into my first cycle. Looking at Test E with dbol to start (4 wks) with PCT of clomid, with nolvadex on hand if needed. 33yrs age hgt 6'0" wght 142lbs (don't laugh) body fat in the 8-10 range at highest. Natural body weight floats between 135 and 140. Since summer calorie intake has been 2200-2400, past 6 mo have been around 2800-3000, with 180-210g protein daily (track it on the iphone of 3 mo now). Last 3 mo weight from 137.6 to 142.4. Is this in the right direction or eq a viable addition, liked the slower gain at the end of a quick gain? And with my smaller frame do described doses still hold true? Gym since last summer 4-5 times weekly split body parts 45-60 minutes cardio once a week for 20-25 minutes.

Diet is at 3000 calories a day. I have worked to keep my protein up in the 180grams to 200gram range daily. For the last 6-9mo I should have seen gains near a lb a week with no avail. Carbs make up 50-60% of the intake and are whole grain pasta/bread and sweet potato's. I just got my fat intake up as that was low in the beginning. 4 meals daily, with 2 mid day meal replacements w/oatmeal or other carb and a weight gainier at night. What is the next step. Research is there gains have not been seen

6' 140 is pretty skinny man. That's less then the minimum weight needed to join the Military....yes the military actually has a minimum weight

Work on it some more naturally. In due time you'll gain weight. I was about that weight but 6' 1" when I was 18 and joined the Military. Free gyms 6x a week, free chow and 2 years later I was up to 165.. another 2 years later I was 190ish, natural

Post what you eat in a day, in detail. (or post what you had to eat today and what you will have tonight)

And you say you are not gaining any weight?

What is your training schedule like?

4-5 days a week depending on work, as I will work 6 days a week periodically. Gym is split body parts Chest/Back/Shoulders one day, Arms and abs, Legs and abs, and repeat the chest/back/shoulders or legs on the additional day. Will go 2 in a row for the most part and then off day. 4 exercise 3 sets per chest back shoulder and arms. Legs I generally go with squats leg press and machine extensions and curls and calf raises. What more info is neeeded?

damn man, maybe you have a tapeworm!
that's what i eat, except with maybe 50g more protein a day and I am only 3 inches taller than you and 218 lbs

if you are eating like this and not gaining, you need to think of some other methods before looking at gear.

6'0 140lbs is extremely light. And you say your 33... Your metabolism should have slowed down by then... 3000 calories may not be enough for you.

I was eating almost 5000 calories a day when I was pushing my weight on.... My weight dropped a lot.. I hit 150lbs... Said screw this. ATE AND ATE currently 5'6 170lbs. Bf% is next to nothing. Mind you i'm 22 with a fast fricking metabolism. I haven't been here long. But can guarantee there is definitely more room for growth without any steroid.

There is your probable right there you do chest/back/shoulders all in ONE DAY, chest and back need to be done on seperate days they are major body parts.

    Try this:

    Monday: Chest/tri
    Tuesday: Back/Bi
    Wenesday: Shoulders/forearms/abs
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday:rest
    Saturday:repeat

This is a very basic beginners workout layout

Keep your workouts between 60-90 minutes tops, up the intensity get out of there don't be like the dudes who stay there for hours thinking its good for them.

thanks for the input. I will adjust the work out pattern and give it a couple of months from there. Tape worm has already been looked at and is a negative, will have blood work done with in the next to weeks to make sure every thing else is where it should be.
