My glutes feel bruised? No sleep

I injected Sus 2 days ago with a 22g 1.5 syringe, Now It hurts I could hardly sit down or twist and turn in my sleep. Any suggestions?

lol But i will tell u something I remember this pain, but It usually takes like 4-5 days for the soreness to leave. Its true Until ur body gets used to it. but im going to check that website.

Oh and is the syringe size ok>?

I have really small shoulders compared to my tri's, and biceps, can i inject the sus directly on to my shoudlers to get better results on my shoulders.

You might want to try a smaller gauge needle so you have less scar tissue.

I dunno I guess cus its going directly in that particular muscle? But then again thats a dumb question Bcus by injecting it in yur glutes, doesnt necessarly mean that yur ass is gona get bigger lol
