So I'm about to take clen...
I've been working out on/off for approximately 3 years now. I've experimented with whey, creatine, animal, etc but haven't reached where I want to be. Actually not even close to where I want to be. Thus, I've made up my mind to do a cycle of clenbuterol . I've just got a bunch of questions, that I couldn't find researching, before I go ahead an begin the cycle
I'm picking it up for $150 from a dealer in the local gym. Is this a fair price? Is it true the clenbuterol online (clen , clenbuteral, clenbuterall) isn't the real stuff?
Right now my diet is pretty bad. Like most college kids, I don't have the motivation, time, or money to make myself 5-6 healthy meals a day. I drink and smoke and I eat around 3000-3500 calories a day. Once I start the cycle, I'm going to stop drinking for the 6 weeks and will make it a point to eat a healthy diet, protein-orientated. Anything I should change or improve to make the cycle more successful?
My stats as of today:
- 215lbs
- 5'11
- 21 years old
- 20% BF (estimate)
- Max Bench - 275lbs
- Max Curl- 135lbs
- Max Shoulder press- 200lbs
My goals:
- 200lbs
- less than 15% bf
- Max Bench- 300+
- Max curl- I don't care, I just want a 1in+ growth
- Max Shoulder press- 250
I rarely ever do legs and abs, but I will be starting once I begin the clen. Any recommendations for cardio? What do you recommend, and how often a week?
Once I begin clen, this will be the workout plan I'm shooting for:
M- Chest (4x4), Back (4x4)
T- Biceps (4x3) Forearms (4x3) Cardio
W- Shoulders (4x4) Neck (2x3 lightweight)
Th- Abs (3x3 High rep) Tris (3x3) Cardio
F- Theighs (3x3) Calves (3x3)
Weekend- Swimming
Is this sufficient? Should anything be changed? Anything anybody recommends? Will I see REAL results? Is clen not the substance I should be taking?
Any real input will be appreciated. Please, if you're a troll and like to e-diss people, don't say anything in here. If it's not constructive, I don't want to hear it. I'd like the people to respond to be people who have experimented with clen, or have done a cycle, and/or know the drug inside and out. Thanks!

Don't want to hijack your thread so Ill leave you a link to my results, I will say this at first you will be slightly stronger from the stimulant effect, than if you cycle your carbs and lose body fat with lots of cardio , you will see muscle that has been hiding under 20% bodyfat for years, the love handles will slim down and abs will show through, remember your going to have to work like a dog, all my lifts stayed the same, however i gained in all leg exercises(dont know maybe all the cardio involving legs) I was very lucky and gained about 3-4lbs of muscle. its great for fat loss, but you better have a good game plan with diet weights and cardio, or you'll be very upset--good luck bro

No point in taking Clen if your diet isn't good. I doubt you eat 3,000-3,500 calories a day (clean). Also drinking and smoking is another issue. Just because you don't drink for 6 weeks and eat healthy then after you get off go back to the old habits its just going to cause the weight to come back sooner or later.
Also clen doesn't really have noticeable muscle building effects especially adding an inch to your arm.
Post a picture so we can determine your bf%, Clen isn't a drug to be taken lightly has pretty bad side effects.

All i can say is you have to pick one thing either fat loss or muscle gain, and with CLEN , just focus on fat loss, you will gain little to no muscle on clen, but trust me you'll look much more muscular, its strong stuff do some research, and cycle your carbs for best results in fat loss.

Because that will not be the case once I start taking clen . If you read the sentence afterwards it explains that I wont be drinking and will be eating a regular, healthy diet. I know my diet sucks and lifestyle isn't healthy but i'm trying to change that. I don't understand why you feel its necessary to say anything when it's obvious I wasn't looking for opinions or ignorance. What part of no trolls, who have nothing productive to say didn't you understand?

i dont think anyone is trying to be rude but most people here are extremely blunt which can be off putting at first. If you truely want to change your lifestyle its starts with dedication to a goal. Your goal being weightloss and a general healthy lifestyle it would be wise to first stop smoking and either quit drinking or heavily cut back. Then you would want to get your diet in check. This includes figuring out all the macros and if still confused posting it up here as there are some genius in the diet dept at this site. Then look at your workout routine(includes cardio) and if you find holes in it again post it up and let people here help you out. Then when you find you can be dedicated to all these things look into something like clen , as etc. Clen is a serious drug that causes serious sides so if you cant dedicate yourself to proper dieting workout routine, etc how you could dedicate yourself to understanding and managing the drug you are using? Also being in college and poor is no excuse since there are many college aged members of this board who are very dedicated. You can eat clean and healthy rather cheaply. I hope some of the more direct and to the point members didn't drive you away from your goals. But those same blunt, direct to the point members can be your bestfriends when it comes to acheiving your goals. Good luck!
