    Unhappy Help needed for my first cycle

    hi,i am 35yrs 5.11..160lbs..18%bf...am a professional dancer and am looking at starting a cycle to put on lean mass,soothe my joint overuse and build up my endurance and stamina..was thinking of a cycle something like this

    deca wk1-100mg..wk2-4-200mg
    eq wk2-100mg..wk3-8-200mg
    dbol wk1-2-3....30/40/50 mg/day.oral
    masteron wk5-8..200mg/wk
    winstrol wk5-8..50mg/day.oral
    nolvadex..wk3-8..10mg/day

    pct. hcg1500i.u and nolva30mg once a week for 3weeks
    wk9-11 clomid 50mgx2/day
    wk9-11 arimidex 1mg/day

    i know its a pretty heavy cycle for first time but want to avoid serious sides with test or tren..also need a lean look with aide to joints for more rigorous dancing

    can someone guide me please

    your not cut out for all this steroid stuff. id go and re-think your life!

    Look into test e -also winny may kill your joints .

    its a mess.
    doses, length of time on the hormone,# of hormones,ramping up doses,pct,pct start time..
    all wrong...

    i hardly gain..am an ecto with very high metabolic rate plus i lose all when i start dancing for 4 to 6 hours evryday

    maybe test e.. glucosamine/msm for the joints like big said.

    you need to have the knowledge on these things and know how they work.. know the possible sides and how to combat them.. dont just run a cycle someone suggests without knowing all this... as well as anti-e and pct.. lots to learn. dont go into this blind

    nothing in your response to my statement makes me think my statement was incorrect. your height/weight/body fat%/activity level tells me for certain your diet is sub-par, if anything your response backed up my initial assumption. I'm not trying to put you off steroids I'm trying to show you the healthiest way to achieve your goals. I can tell you have your mind made up and think steroids are the answer for you, so I'm out.     have been suggested test e deca dbol cycle..but it dont give lean look plus how to carry that much water and breakdance..

    Test can provide very lean gains and even with Test E i dont notice much for water retention or bloating. Basically...I cant take this too serious. You wanna juice for break dancing? Christ. This is like the test,dbol, eq, deca, winny cycle that kid suggested for his Wii tournament.

    wtf?? read what Big wrote for you !! and one thing dude you are a fckin dancer you dont need AAS !!

    I wouldnt be suprised if some AF combat pilot come on board and say " hey im a combat pilot and i need AAS but i dont want to get bulky because of being bulky will slow down my aircraft"

    superstar at 35 need to get my joints alright,need those lean gains to sustain those heavy bboying floor work..that cycle was a suggestion by someone which i knew was a disaster hence asked for your highnesses advice

    though break dancing died it the 80's...
    do you guys still pull out the cardboard.. wear the parachute pants and the thick laces..

    you right, i damaged my back..was out of action ..now trying to get back..but the back gives way everytime i reach a good workout level

    dude which world you living in..any competitive sport where you get paid for ruining your joints you need that support specially at the age of 35...join the professional dancers forum or ask usher wtf he does with that lean ripped look if it does not help him do all that bboying..chill man

    breakdance used in modified versions these days like locking popping bboying etc..just a similie used my friend..and yes you can wear anything you like as long as you dont squash anyhting

    IMO Dancing is gay . glucosamine and calcium tabs are your best friend.

    no im good id rather save that 2grand for something else and my girlfriend isnt worth to spend 2g on a dancing session.

    though if the injection isnt going to help why do you consider running a cycle??

    and i still think dancing is gay
