    calorie intake on cycle

should you adjust your calorie intake up considering being on a cycle as to not on a cycle. Nark said I should consume 2100 cal a day to cut body fat according to my stats, but I didnt post my cycle because it was in diet forum. So he was unaware. Im currently taking 600mg test cyp ew 500mg tren e ew 50 mg winny ed and 3iu gh ed. What do guys think, do i need more calories or no?

agreed, it depends on your goals.

what're your stats? (age, weight, bf, height)

how long are you running that cycle?

well i'd change your cycle to facilitate your goals then.

i'd run the test to week 14 and the tren to 12... (i'd probably go to week 14 on the tren)

and then instead of frontloading the cycle with winny, i'd backload it... soo i'd run the winstrol (weeks 11 - 17) and then start PCT right after last shot / pill of winny.

YES, if you want to gain mass, which I would assume you would from the cycle.

2100 calories ED is not very much whatsoever. And I don't really understand why you're cutting at 5'11 and 173 pounds. You should bulk up first with that cycle, and then use the HGH to slowly bring down your bodyfat %, while adding a little mass.

cause i live in the United States and summer is 1 1/2 mo away---obviously i would like to gain lbm while cutting fat but thats hard to do--basically what i want is a six pack for the summer then once i get below 10% bf i will do a lean bulk for mass after summer

I would start the cycle by running about 300 cals over maintenance and then see where that takes you. Give it 2 weeks and if you are losing bf and gaining or staying the same weight then you should be good with this cal intake. If not gaining enough or losing to much weight up the cals even more. If gaining fat and to much weight lower the cals. Consider it trial and error!

personally, i wouldve said to wait, till you have a bit of muscle base. at 5'11" 173, 12%bf. that means you are pretty skinny.

but it sounds like you are already running the cycle. so, you should definitely up your calories. you would have to be 120lbs, to gain any weight at that calorie intake. you are only 12%bf. so its not like youre FAT. you certainly have a bit to lose. but you should be eating at least 3500cals a day on cycle. the big thing, is to make sure they are CLEAN calories. that combined with your increased metabolism, should prevent you from putting on more fat. and if you are really worried about it. then add some clen to your cycle.

i know it seems like a catch 22. you feel if you eat more calories, you will gain fat. and if you dont add them, you wont gain muscle. but to me, it seems like an awful waste of money and gear. to not eat enough to grow. so i would increase the cals, and then see where it takes you. if you feel you are putting on fat, then tweak your cardio, or add some fat burning drugs. and make sure your diet stays spot on.

On cycle your body is going to absorb more nutrients and protein (aka make better use of the food you are intaking). Because of this it will better utilize food and not store the extra cals as fat (to a certain extent). Obviously, if your maintanance cals are 3000 cals and you are pouring in 5000 cals then there is going to be some spill over to fat.
