I am starting this diet monday:
Breakfast: 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal (Good, but add more oats.)
mid morning: apple and protein shake after workout (Try something like 6 oz chicken and 7.5 oz cooked sweet potato)
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast, .5 cup of fatfree cottage cheese and brocolli
(Looks good! Can change it up so you dont get tired of eatin the same shit, 6 oz chicken, turkey or beef 175 grams cooked barley or brown rice.)
Midday: Apple and protein shake (Crappy. Repeat meal # 2, add 4oz of mixed veggies)
Dinner: Grilled salmon, brocolli and .5 cup fat free cottage cheese (8 oz beef, chicken, or fish
7.5 oz of sweet Potato or 4oz of potato and 4oz of brwn rice.
4oz of mixed veggies.
300 grams strawberries/blueberries
6oz of green Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil)
Late day snack: Apple and PM protein shake (Add the cottage cheese before bedtime snack. Maybe a casin shake, but not a regular whey shake.)
Thats just an idea, feel free to give advice
would I see good results with masteron enth and test enth with this diet and working out for one hour a day 5 days a week? And 45 min. of cardio 3 times per week
