Which test blood work should i do total or free?

So im confused which test blood work should i do total or free?
And which one should i be concerned with?

And can some one tell me how to convert this total test lvl (15 nmol/N)
to (ng/dl) since this is what it was before my cycle.

and is it bad for 19 years old?

I dont know why you refer to the blood test as total or free, but you want to have total and free test checked
