need major help

I sustanon and was going to continue it for a 12 week cycle i have taken 4 shots..or 2 weeks but the problem is the pain from the prop is horrible so bad that i cant train to my max an this is a problem also considering i play rugby and i am always fallin on my ass and having to run full speed.. so i can get a hold of test E but i was wondering if i made the switch if it would be a bad idea and also if i can make the switch how would i continue the tes e? for a 10 week cycle? how man mgs per week and such.. thanks
