cutting cycle
age: 28
height: 6 3
weight: 235
bf%: 28?
diet summary/# meals per day: I aim for about 3300 cals/day. 4 meals a day
years lifting: off and on for a long time. last 1 year straight dirty bulking.
workout split: 1 body part a week (nothing special)
cycle experience: none... just been reading
pct/estrogen control knowledge: would take nolva
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...): everything. Transform my body and want strength to follow. I want ~10% BF.
Thinking about doing: Test E at 300mgs for 12 weeks as a 1st cycle (cut too).
I want to take the lowest possible test dose. I even thought about trying winny?
I really have never tried to do a cut. I would keep bulking but I'm scared to get too fat to where I cant ever loose the extra stretched out skin from my low BF%

very bad idea. need to get that diet better and bodyfat down below 15 before you try steroids

so taking test while cutting would be a bad idea?
I just dont want to loose the muscle I've worked so hard for.
I didnt mean to make myself sound like such a fat ass by putting 28% (I dont think I'm that high but still I am fat... I would guess 22%)
I think alot of my fat has come from alot of water weight and jumping up the cals too high too fast. I dont think much of my fat has come from dirty bulkin

why would it be bad to cut while on test at a high BF?
