so taking test while cutting would be a bad idea?
I just dont want to loose the muscle i've worked so hard for.
I didnt mean to make myself sound like such a fat ass by putting 28% (i dont think i'm that high but still i am fat... I would guess 22%)
(so what is it? Though both are far too high to cycle.)
i think alot of my fat has come from alot of water weight and jumping up the cals too high too fast. I dont think much of my fat has come from dirty bulkin
