    Arrow First Time Help

    Hello,

    I have had a read through the forum but cant find the answer.

    I have done dianabol in the past and found it worked fairly well but stopped going gym and i have shrunk.

    I am looking at starting to go down the gym next month.I am currently weighing 11 stone but im very skinny.I would like to put on some mass,muscle and size in other words i want to get big.I have been looking at doing injectables for the first time as i beleive these will work better for me for the best results.

    I have been looking at using Deca but can someone point me in the right direction to what to use ?

    You dont need aas....

    You need...in no particular order

    EAT
    Lift
    Cardio
    EAT
    Lift
    Cardio

    for 4 years or more...

    in those 4 years...study up on aas...then consider them

    IMO! you are still young for AAS.
    Deca is not a good idea as of now.
    Research on Test E or Test C and PCT.
    Better cycle when you're 25yrs old bro...

    If your set on aas why not do all the PRE work so that when you go down that road you can get the most benefit?

    Check the diet section and do some serious reading. Pick a diet that will bulk you up while eating clean. Ask a lot of diet questions. The more homework you do and the more you do to get yourself ready for aas the more help you will get and the more you will benefit.

    You want to get your gym work steady too. If you aren't dedicated to it aas isn't going to work out well for ya anyways.

    I know it's tough to hear but everyone in here so far has given you some great advice.
