Looking for Advice!! $$$$$$
Ive read through the rules, I don't believe im breaking any by offering this. Im looking to pay someone for their experience and knowledge. Im not asking to purchase anything illegal from anyone, just strictly ADVICE! Some of you guys have a wealth of knowledge and im looking to do this right. No im not looking for a source. Strictly someone that actually knows what they are talking about and has plenty of experience. I just don't have the time to educate myself on exactly how to stack and what are the benefits of combining this with that etc.

No rush, just getting to that point where im ready to devote sometime to getting in great shape. As for reading some articles at night, I know its a lame excuse but im in the energy business and huge amounts of my days I spend reading contracts etc, I just would prefer someone telling me exactly what I need to hear without having to spend a ton of time researching stuff that I know not alot about...

screw it....bottom line is this...im 6'3 199lbs, 28 good shape, cardio 40mins 5 days a week for the past 4 1/2 years. Seriously need to add lifting to my routine. Have no issues whats so ever dieting and getting myself into decent shape. Have access to whatever I want within reason...I would like to build something around Growth, im assuming 5 iu's daily, 5 on 1 off would be ok? I have the ability to use it year around..Im looking to do something that I can maintain yearly and look extremely healthy. Im not intersted in looking like Arnold, looking do get extremely dense and lean...

If you are too lazy to educate yourself I think you have no business being here...if you are too lazy to educate yourself in other matters besides your HEALTH I do not know...just seems pretty lame and loserish to me...I am not helping anyone who won't help themself. You say you would like to "add" lifting to your routine, does this mean you are not currently lifting, or have not been lifting for a long period of time, or at all?

Body fat I would say is around 13%, truely have no clue. Im a 34 size jean? lol...I have fat that I can loose ill say that. As for my experience with lifting, played college football for 2 years before I said the hell with it. So I have experience lifting....As for previous cycles its been so long ago that its not even worth mentioning. Diet lately has been not horrible but not good also. Generally stay away from fried foods and garbage...fairly healthy but that can change extremely quickly to extreme dieting.

I have not been lifting for about 7 months now. I start with a personal trainer buddy on Tuesday next week after getting situated back in Dallas. Also I have a raw food chef that is willing to cook for me which I was planning on doing also...The diet I will have to a science.

This guy spent more time arguing why he want's someone to PM him when he could have been reading a few articles. I will tell you this much, if you're not lifting yet, don't even go near AAS. Start lifting and give it ATLEAST 6 months (even that is real short) before you think about gear

With as many people asking questions and wanting info, I just figured I would get a better response and get someone who would be more willing to waste their time by offering some money. Weird thread, i guess you eventually got to the point though.
You don't need steroids and you certainly don't need HGH.
You have by you're own admission only just started lifting, so another couple of years along with a good diet and you will easily achieve you're goals without steroids.
