more advice on pct please.

I posted earlier and just wanted a bit more advice i did test E 1ml per week and eq 1ml per week and i had to stop the cycle after 2 weeks i was advised by members to run a pct the question now is what pct should i do? i can get hold of h.c.g and nolva but what dose should i use?:

First thing i would do is get bloodwork done, it is possible that you may not need a course of PCT.

PCT is unnecessary for such short durations, you'll be fine!

Clinically speaking, even if you frontloaded there just hasn't been enough elapsed time for the serum levels to even rise to effective rates ("yes" for Prop, but not Enth), and even so the duration wouldn't allow for substantial endocrine/natty depression, let alone complete oppression (shut down).

Put another way, the negative feedback loop takes longer than that to register excessive exogenous levels, and longer still to correct for it by discontinuing output.

I was thinking along those lines magic but just not in such a technical way.lol . so basically i didnt do it for long enough to make that much of a difference
