I Just wanna check ive got this right...

Im doing 600mg Deca pw / 600mg Nomaviron (500 test enth, 100 prop) pw

frontloading is simply:

week 1:
monday 600mg Deca 600mg Nomaviron

thurs 300mg Deca 300mg Nomaviron

or do i double up the week???

double dose for the first week, so if you shoot twice a week you would double the dose, or shoot the same dose 4 days during the first week.
