blood pressure and steroids

so im wondering does anyone else deal with this issue ..i thinking about getting blood pressure meds while on cycle as it gets into 140/90 range ..
does anyone else deal with this and do they take meds and what kind ??

I think pretty much everyone gets elevated blood pressure. It goes away after the cycle. Still, my own BP was never as high as yours (yet).

I think it was hawthorn berry extract (?) you can get OTC that may help.

hawthorne, garlic, CoQ10, EFAs, all that is great but all the supplements in the world wont help if the issue is water retention. an AI or script is your best bet IMO

yea im taking that and cq 10 and garlic ..i think that alot of the pros take blood pressure meds..im going to get it from my doctor on monday ..my question is can you mix beta blockers and juice ??does anyone know ??

i take HCTZ ( basically a water pill that removes all the excess salt and water retention for my blood pressure. make sure you have a 5 day ck to ensure thats your blood pressure though. alot of ppl get white coat syndrome

its going to be different for everyone, basically the way it works is its a durietic, and it helped my lose about 8-10lbs ( crazy huh) and my blood pressure dropped from 141 to around 124. but i also started eating better and made it a priority to do cardio more often. doctors usually start ppl off on this first bc its the easiest to come off of when talking blood pressure meds. the only side effects these dull headaches u get.
