HGH first timer
Hiya guys,
Quick run down, I'm 26, been training since 19. I'm 5'9'', 170lb+ @ 11-12%bf. I'm in the gym 4 to 9 times a week, diets good - consistant, clean. Did a few cycles a few years ago of test E and D-bol (with proper PCT) where I was much bigger, stronger and heavier. Now I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, more the gymnast now rather than the rugby player build I used to be.
Been reading a little about HGH and a friend of mine can sort me out with some good stuff. I'm really interested in doing a light course to boost my gains. Also, I have a slight shoulder niggle that I thought HGH may help with. Whats the protocol guys? does? don'ts? dose? Was hoping to do it "more or less" alone if possible. What can I expect?
Thank you fellas, look forward to your input.

What is your weight now?
If you are around 170 your still very light specially after a few cycles already under your belt.
HGH gains are very minimal and you need to run it for about 6 months to see anything.
And its very expensive.
Personally I think you should look into your diet

Well, I don't actualy want to get much/any bigger really. I quite like the shape I'm in. I much prefer it to how I was during and after my test and d-bol cycles. Back then I just wanted to be big and strong. I was around the 200lb mark (195lb - 205lb). That was about 2 to 3 years ago. Now my diet is "lighter" and I've lost a good chunk of body fat along with some muscle mass but I'm alot more shapely and ripped now. Strength is currently quite good as well, I'm more or less as strong as I used to be at 200lb. Agreed though, I am unusualy light to look at me. Whenever I'm talking weight with friends or fellow gym bunnys, everyone tends to guess me at more than I actualy am. Maybe its because I'm only 5'9''.
I just maybe fancied trying some HGH because of the steady gains, the fat loss and the possibility of it aiding my shoulder niggle.
Can you guys just give me a quick run down of using HGH? pros, cons and how to dose? does it "need" to be run with anything else and is there a PCT for HGH?
Thanks for taking the time to read this guys.

Yeah, something like that. I prefer to suck it and see in this game rather than actualy set a goal using figures. But yeah, I just want more of what I already have really but keep the same sort of look. I haven't exactly set my heart on using HGH, its just an option to me at the minute but I want to know more first. I've done some research but I like to hear things in plane english from you guys that are in the know and are experienced.
When I did a couple of cycles I read and learned for months (about 6 months) but the stuff I got direct from guys on this forum was a massive help and guided me to having two good experiences and lots of gains. However, 200lb at 5'9'' wasn't for me. So I lightened up my diet, added more cardio and did a little clen . 2 - 3 years on and I'm where I'm at today which, as I've mentioned, I'm quite pleased with
I've just noticed that I may have posted in the wrong forum as well - very sorry. I could have sworn that HGH and similar was discussed in this forum the last time I was on here (which was some years ago).
