Quick question about first injection

Hey guys, got a question I did my first shot of Test E yesterday did 250mg into my shoulder. After doing it felt fine went to the gym and everything was fine a little bit after started hurting and it still is today not really painful more like someone punched me in the arm used a 25gauge 1inch needle any pointers or suggestions?

It's normal, the more experience you gain the less PIP you will get.

i agree. once you get practice it will be a breeze, although i have no idea what PIP means.

The shoulder is not the best place to do on your first...it is normal to get pain there on day 2 and 3, I done sus in each side a day before i travelled on a plane and managed to get put in the middle seat, very painfull flight,,,wont do that again.lol

though because I can stop worrying about whether I injected into the muscle or not.. lulz

Agreed. 90% of the time I feel nothing the next day but once in a while I feel a slight bruising but that's it. Also the quad is 100% easier than anywhere else, no bending, twisting or trying to look at your ass LOL

Also according to statistics it's best to inject Test E into the largest muscle available, that being the Glutes but the quads are the 2nd closest, shoulders MUCH smaller unless you are really disproportionate.
