First off, this site is a wealth of information and I have learned immensely reading all the stickies and questions/answers from all the threads.
About me:
35 years old.
5'10" 220 lbs.
5 years ago I was 260lbs, pure fat and with the help of diet and exercise, worked my way down to 197lbs and back up to 220.
My proposed cycle will be...
Weeks 1-12: Test Enanthate - 500mg/week - 250mg 2X's per week.
Weeks 14-17: Nolva 20/20/20/20 AND Clomid 100/100/50/50
Will have Letro on hand in case of gyno.
Blood work will be taken 1 month prior, 1 week before PCT and 1 month after PCT.
Have done one PH with excellent results. Will take 8 weeks off before starting this cycle. Will start researching sources the next couple days Don't worry, I won't ask for any. I already have a source for Nolva/Clomid. I used them for the PH cycle and know they work (bloodwork to prove it).
Diet will be around 1000cals above maintenance (I track everything thing I put into my mouth everyday). I am very anal about my diet. Macros will be around 50/30/20 C/P/F.
Training will be a 5 day split, hitting 1 body part per day once per week. Will change up exercises to shock muscles about once every 3-4 weeks.
