    First cycle opinions

    First off, this site is a wealth of information and I have learned immensely reading all the stickies and questions/answers from all the threads.

    About me:
    35 years old.
    5'10" 220 lbs.

    5 years ago I was 260lbs, pure fat and with the help of diet and exercise, worked my way down to 197lbs and back up to 220.

    My proposed cycle will be...

    Weeks 1-12: Test Enanthate - 500mg/week - 250mg 2X's per week.
    Weeks 14-17: Nolva 20/20/20/20 AND Clomid 100/100/50/50

    Will have Letro on hand in case of gyno.

    Blood work will be taken 1 month prior, 1 week before PCT and 1 month after PCT.

    Have done one PH with excellent results. Will take 8 weeks off before starting this cycle. Will start researching sources the next couple days Don't worry, I won't ask for any. I already have a source for Nolva/Clomid. I used them for the PH cycle and know they work (bloodwork to prove it).

    Diet will be around 1000cals above maintenance (I track everything thing I put into my mouth everyday). I am very anal about my diet. Macros will be around 50/30/20 C/P/F.

    Training will be a 5 day split, hitting 1 body part per day once per week. Will change up exercises to shock muscles about once every 3-4 weeks.

    cycle looks fine as long as your bodyfat isn't too high as that will cause you more sides and more health risks

    I would make sure your bodyfat was 15% or lower before starting

    18 is a lil high still, but try and get it down to 15percent atleast b4 you start. high blood pressure isn't fun

    Question about cycle support. Is it not common to run support supps on cycle for bp or liver care? It is big in the PH community and rarely spoken of here. Your opinions are valued.

    cycle support supps are big in this community also..liver supps isnt pushed too much when not using orals..17aa orals are highly recommended to use liver protectants. some run aspirin to thin out their blood. glutamine, whey, vitamans, all the norms we still use..except creatine..due to having to much bloat. armidex is recommended to run during cycle for bloating. .5 eod is normal.. keep letro on hand, in case you need to totally nip your estrogen in the bud. pct items ..clomid, hcg, nolva, proviron, aromasin, ..whatever you decide to use..

    During my PH cycles I would run Anabolic Innovations Cycle support for liver, bp, cholesterol. Hard to say how it effective it was, got bloodwork on week 2 of a SD cycle and my liver was fine, my bp was fine, but my lipid profile was atrocious.

    However, for your cycle liver stress is not an issue. Monitor your blood pressure and if you want you can take supplements to help keep bp in check. It's up to you.

    diet will be a huge factor.. high carbs, protein, and calories during cycle..depending on your goals

    Good to hear. I was thinking about running AI's Cycle support. Probably 1 scoop per day and go from there, depending on my sides and how I feel.
