    first clen/t3 cycle

    okay im about to order some clen and t3 and im looking to run it for about 7 weeks and im gonna follow the way perfectbeast2001 did it.

    Im 187lbs, about 6'1 and i work out 4-5 days a week.

    i was looking for my diet to be just ramen noodles strait for the 7 weeks.

    im looking to go from 187lbs to 170lbs in 7 weeks with clen/t3 while just eating ramen noodles for 7 weeks?

    is it possible to cut to 170?

    do you know your approximate bf?

    I would not suggest either of those compounds for you...

    have you researched at all in the diet forum?

    I cant say for sure but I have a feeling whatever PerfectBeast did it did not include a 7 week diet of Top Ramen. This one has got to be a Hall of Shame nominee.

    Unless you are already at 5% bodyfat cutting from 187 to 170 can be done with about 10 weeks of dedicated dieting and cardio.

    Ramen noodles, Although they are the greatest college food ever invented... Should never be included in the same sentence as "Diet"

    As usual, this is the last thing you want to hear and you will more than likely ignore it but......take the money you were going to use to buy your T3 and Clen and spend it at the grocery store (not on Top Ramen). Do 45-60 minutes of low intendity cardio first thing every morning. Dial in your calories and you will have reached your long before the 4th of July and be a whole lot healthier to boot. You may even put on a few pounds of muscle in the process instead of eating it up with T3 which may happen unless you are running AAS with it.

    Cutting off your right arm might get you from 187 to 170 as well but I would not recommend that either.

    To answer your question since you keep asking. It would depend how many calories from the Top Ramen you ate per day and what your total caloric expenditure is.
