okay im about to order some clen and t3 and im looking to run it for about 7 weeks and im gonna follow the way perfectbeast2001 did it.
Im 187lbs, about 6'1 and i work out 4-5 days a week.
i was looking for my diet to be just ramen noodles strait for the 7 weeks.
im looking to go from 187lbs to 170lbs in 7 weeks with clen/t3 while just eating ramen noodles for 7 weeks?
is it possible to cut to 170?
