    Exclamation test E side effects?

I started test e this week (first cycle).. took 250mg Monday and another 250mg on Thursday. everything was fine except a bit of soreness which went away..
This weekend i started having some anxiety attacks and lost my appetite.
Now i did have anxiety attacks before but that was 3 years ago when i used to smoke up. Took seroxat for 9 month. Since then i never had any until now.

I would like to know that if i should seek medical help or is it just normal and i should keep on my cycle?

Do you know what caused your anxiety attacks? Test wouldn't cause you to have anxiety. Are you going through exams/tests? Or anything like that?

Talk to your doctor about Lexapro and everything should go well.

After only 2 shots, I doubt the anxiety has any connection to the test. If so, only mental.

why does everyone immediately reach for drugs these days?

    anxiety? take some lexapro.

    weight loss? take some clen.

It seems normal for you, you have suffered with anxiety before, it can manifest itself at anytime but it's got nothing to with the test, it's more than likely psychosomatic.

If your prone to anxiety, try cutting out all caffine and stimulants. When you feel your having and attack, go to the gym, put your headphones phones on, zone into your workout, and blast the weights for an hour, that works to release stress and anxiety.

It's not that simple, the guy is not a little anxious, he suffers from anxiety attacks. Laying off the caffeine and drinking lots of water is not going to help, if you have or do suffer with clinical anxiety (which this guy obviously does) you will know what i mean.

Hopefully this is just an isolated incident but if it happens again go to your Dr. Hopefully you can control it w/o drugs but if you have no choice do whay you've got to do. Like everyone else here agree it shouldn't be the test. Specially since you just started it.

Found some info that might explain my anxiety thought would be useful for everyone to know..

Now we all know that SEROTONIN plays an important role as a neurotransmitter in the modulation of anger, aggression, body temperature, mood, sleep, human sexuality, appetite, and metabolism, as well as stimulating vomiting.

    heres what i found :

EFFECTS OF SEX STEROIDS ON SEROTONIN UPTAKE IN BLOOD PLATELETS
Joel R. L. Ehrenkranz (European Society of Endocrinology)

Blood platelets have been suggested as a model for serotonin uptake and storage in the brain. To examine possible effects of sex steroids, platelets from human volunteers were incubated for 15 min with oestradiol, testosterone, and dihydrotestosterone, and then incubated for 1 min with radioactive serotonin. The effects of the various steroids on serotonin uptake were measured.

At 10–3 M, oestradiol decreased serotonin uptake by 70 %, testosterone by 49 %, and dihydrotestosterone by 25 %. Both oestradiol and testosterone showed maximal enhancement of uptake at 10–6 M; oestradiol increased serotonin uptake by 41 %, and testosterone by 60 %. Dihydrotestosterone maximally facilitated uptake by 40 % at a concentration of 10–4 M.

    ----------------------------------------------------------

I think that would explain my anxiety which was a drop of serotonin uptake..
