First off my stats...
Age: 24
Height: 5'11
Weight: 205
BF%: 15%
I have no cycle history, but have been lifting for 8years, 3 of them serious. My diet has been decent, but i will make all needed changes to meet my goals. I wanna weigh 225-230lbs. at or around 12% bodtyfat.
I was wanting to know the optimal stack to accomplish my goals, in one cycle at the most two. Or if this is even possible in two cycles.
Any tips, suggestions or plans are welcomed and encouraged!
