hey guys, just reminding all of you who feel you need to tweak your diet up to visit the diet section of this forum... there are some great guys out there more then happy to help with any diet issues..
remember, you need the right diet before you can even think about doing gear...

I think it is a way to get the new people that come here and cant find the diet forum because they want to asked the gear question. I think it is a good idea to post this here and keep it bumped. For some reason people think the gear is their diet and workout all in one little injection and or pill.

True...first cycle I never ventured off the pct and steroid q&a threads...2nd cycle I spent more time on the diet thread then the others combined....got better results.
Its needed good advice that when heeded to will give the greatest and enduring benfit...you dont have to cycle your diet...what you learn you can apply 365.

Good post! You can't pump you body full of all these aas compounds and eat cheese burgers all day and expect to see quality results! The diet section is where it's at!

I use to not understood why diet was so important. Boy O Boy do i know now.. Diet is a must for a long time before gear can be touched.

Good post.
I overheard this mindless and bloated turd at the gym the other day say, "Naw man, I just pack on as much mass as I can and get all my protein in. I eat 2 Whoppers with cheese and mayo every couple hours and I ALWAYS pack it on."
Ha! He sure did alright. His gut was thicker than his chest and he was only about 25 years old! Like a fat plumber with decent triceps.
Friggin idiots getting on gear looking like shit even BEFORE they start expect to just get "Cut or ripped" by taking greater doses of drugs. Makes me sick.

i always thought i new how to eat....spent prolly thousands of dollars on supplements from 16-20.
I started reading the diet forum and recieved all the knowledge i need on bodybuilding type diets...it was so much easier to gain once i learned how to diet!

Can someone help me please?
I cannot figure out how to post a new thread in here, but this is my weak diet can someone help me put on some bulk? I'm 6' 155lbs 27 yrs. old and 5-6% bf.
10a.m. oatmeal made with milk and some juice. Noon sandwich and some fruit and it's not some little ***** sandwich it's usually lunch meat or tuna 4 pieces of salami 4 pieces of chic or turkey and some lettuce then I usually don't eat till my first break at 5:30 another sandwich and some fruit 7:15 cottage cheese granola bar and a piece of fruit, 9:00 dinner and 11:15 another sandwich some junk food and a protein shake after my workout when mixed in water is 600 cal, 35g protein,135g carbs and I mix it with orange juice and creatine 5g before and after workout with beta-alanine

some actually can though.... haha it's funny how that works. My buddy cycled doing deca only a while back (stupid cycle, yeah i know!!) All he would eat is del taco, taco bell, mcdonalds etc.... and he blew up and was ripped.... GENETICS, lucky him... but still a moron for eating like that..
