    Injection site

    Hey all,
    Last night i had my first jab, administered by a friend in the delt. 1mL test prop and .5mL winny. I will be jabbing 3 times per week, mon, weds, sat, though the dosage will be changing throughout the 8 week cycle.

    The cork in my left delt is pretty severe and as soon as the contents of the syringe were administered a lump appeared, which i still have today. Does this cease after a few injections, the cork AND the lump at the injection site?

    My other question is, i will soon have to start doing my own jabs, once i have the hang of it, i can no longer do it in the delts due to my labor intensive job, so i need to find an quick, easy site to do it. What do you guys recommend?

    I was thinking glutes, but they may be a bit hard to reach and perhaps a bit dangerous due to nerves seeing as though i am just beginning, then there's quads. I'm thinking this may be the easiest spot to administer the juice, seeing i can use both hands and take my time, the only issue i have is, judging by the cork in my delt, will the cork in my quad be just as bad? I've read people using prop complaining that they couldn't walk after jabbing there quad with it. HELP!

    The only thing I can answer is the glute injection. IMO they are the least painful and not many lifting movements will effect the soreness, except maybe squats a little bit.

    How long can i expect before the lump goes away in my delt from the first injection? It's day 2 after the injection, i am able to lift my arm all the way but the lump is still there.

    Jabbed right quad today, much preferred!

    Are you taking 30 seconds to inject? Inject slow with constant pressure. Also where did you get the idea that prop should only be shot monday, wed, sat. Go eod or ed like monday, wednesday, friday, sunday, tuesday, thursday, ...

    20-30secs to inject, it was my first time inj myself today in my right quad so there wasn't always constant pressure, something i still have to get used to. A friend did my delt, and he did everything spot on, i have no clue about the lump, although he said he has spoken to guys who have had similar problems with injecting prop.

    I was originally going to spread out 24mL prop and 20mL winny over a 10 week cycle, though after feedback on the forums and reading up further on prop it was suggested not leaving the inj longer than every 3rd day due to the ester. If i had more prop i would be inj eod, but i just have to make do with what i have for this cycle, which looks like this..

    Exactly, winny is notorious for causing abccesses so you might as well drink it, safer and less jabs.

    Thanks, i will give drinking the winny a go. Let's hope it doesn't taste like ass

    I have another question regarding the length of time before i start to notice the effects of the prop/winny working? I have read other threads where it's suggested about 3-5weeks is when u start noticing it working. Is this the same for prop?

    One last question, regarding the best time to jab. I have been doing it in the evenings after training the first two times but was wondering how i can get the most out of the prop and winny by choosing the right time to inj. ie. i usually train around either 11am on my days off or 4pm on the days i work. Would it be better to jab morning or night if these are the times i usually work out? I want to be working out when the prop and winny are most active in my body.
