    check for me please

    hi just about to do my first cycle im 223lbs 23 yrs old 6ft 1 been training for a year or so.
    i just wanted some decent advice on a cycle i have put together.

    week 1-4 30mg dbol per day
    week 1-12 200mg test e twice per week
    week13-16 clomid not sure on the dosage yet
    and anti e's when needed

    also planning on using 23g 1.5 inch spikes for my quads

    any help would be appriciated

    Whats your BF%?
    Your probably gunna wanna bump the test to 400mg a week
    Also you need to wait 2 weeks after your last shot to start PCT.
    Your gunna need a better PCT then just clomid alone.

    pct starts 2 weeks after enanthate and id use 1" for quads

    week 14 on the pct, two weeks after first shot

    you will need some nolva

    100 mg ed clomid for the first two weeks 50 mg ed for two more weeks
    20 mg ed nolva for four weeks

    not fully sure about my body fat i think its around 13-15% i just started a whole new healthy diet tho to sort this.
    wouldnt 2shots a week be 400mg tho, or do u mean 2 shots of 400mg
    ok ill look now at pcts

    400mg a week is fine 200 mg two times a weeks is good I wrote you pct out for you..

    maybe bump that dbol up to 50mg....

    30mg is just sooooo weak... haha

    i did inquire about nolva but i couldnt get ne so all i have is clomid? is that not going to cut it? ha yeah i have no problems with 50

    SIGNIFICANT MATURE MUSCULARITY. Anabolics have poor effect, or transitory effect, on athletes in mediocre condition; in addition, their tendency to boost muscle strength ahead of the strength of supporting tendons and ligaments can lead to debilitating injury in athletes without substantial prior training. Therefore, the athlete should have accumulated a significant amount of mature muscle mass and tendon strength through a dedicated program of resistance training prior to beginning anabolic use. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in training efficiency and effects, a minimum of 3 years, perhaps as many as 7, of dedicated weight training is required to achieve this necessary physical foundation, on which anabolics can be used safely and to best effect.


    . THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE. Anabolics are not a substitute for proper technique or applied knowledge of the basics of exercise physiology. Therefore, the athlete considering the use of anabolics should have a very thorough and detailed knowledge of lifting technique, dietary practice, recuperative processes, and hormonal and nonhormonal supplementation, and should if possible prepare for the use of anabolics under the guidance of a trusted mentor who has mastered these issues. In particular, the athlete should have an excellent understanding of the uses, effects, and risk profiles of anabolics, and should be thoroughly conversant with the kinds of ancillary agents that minimize side-effects and speed post-cycle recovery. Recognizing that there is substantial individual variability in the pace at which this knowledge is acquired, at least a year of arduous study and reading is necessary to understand anabolics and post-cycle recovery, and at least 4 years of practice is required to establish the requisite knowledge base of lifting technique, recuperation, and diet.

    you've got some good advice already. The only thing I could add is that you can get away with a 25 gauge pin instead of a 23. 25 is a slightly smaller diameter than 23.
