    Too much weight loss?

Hey guys. I've just started a cycle this week. I lost about 2 Kg's MINIMUM, to 4 KG'S max, in the span of around 6 days (keep in mind I have high water retention atm from the DBOL ). I'm over 20% BF, and started this cycle to help me reduce BF whilst building muscle at the same time. It's noticeable when I look in the mirror. I was actually very surprised how much i've lost in these few days. The fact that i'm using slow esters that haven't really kicked in yet really got me amped on how much more I can lose in the following weeks.

    I'm using:

    test cyp 600 MG's e/w
    EQ 400 MG's e/w
DBOL for kick start gains and strength
Winny in about 2 weeks, deciding on dosage.

Also using CLEN , at around 4-6 tabs per day, depending on how I feel, muscle tech fat burner, and other supps which aren't for weight loss.

I'm doing cardio when I wake up on an empty stomach for 45 min, then again after workout for 45 min. Eating 5 meals a day, only taking in carbs pretty much BEFORE workout. Doing cardio and working out every day.

My question is, am I losing too much weight? Will this compromise how much muscle i'm gaining? Is it healthy?

    Thanks, kiki-

Edit: One more thing guys. I'm getting cramps like a mother****er from this clen. I live in Kuwait (middle east), and taurine pills are non existent here. I don't want to drink 5 red bulls a day to get the taurine required to rid the cramps. I also read that multi vitamins can help, is that because they contain taurine too? Any help is appreciated

    Thanks much guys.

looks like we need to double check your diet....

i need a couple of things from you.. usualy we take care of this in the diet forum, but what the hell...

    stats

    age
    weight
    height
    bf

seems you wanna lose weight, so your on a cutting diet??

i need you to do some math...

    Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

once your done with that, post up a DETAILED diet with macros (pro/carb/fat/cal) and we'll tweak it for ya bud...

I used that theory a month ago and it told me I should be consuming 3100 cals ed.
    It's seemed pretty accurate.....good mathmatics!!
