FIRST CYCLE Questions

Been doing a lot of research and reading on this site, I think I might just know enough now to be dangerous, but thats why u guys are here. I want to run a test-e only first cylcle so I know how my body acts and feels. It seems to be the fondation for stacking in later cycles that i will want to do. I will have Proviron for AI, NOLV in case of gyno and PCT and Clomid for my PCT. I have some questions about the Proviron, do i start that after the test-e starts kicking in or right away???

you can hold off on the proviron until you see if you need it, or if you think you are gyno prone, you can start it from the beginning of the cycle, your choice

if your running the proviron as a preventive measure to gyno there are much better options.. such as adex.. i personally wouldnt count on proviron.

adex is a much better choice for water retention.. limits the conversion of test to estrogen so can be ran as a preventive measure as well but id still have nolvadex on hand incase estrogen levels still spike.. if thats the case you want to keep the circulating estrogen thats already there and causing the problem from binding to the receptors in the breast asap.. which nolvadex will do.

and what mg of adex should I run, Ive heard from 10mg to 20mg????

im a little older too.. about 10 years younger than you tho...

might consider running hcg through the cycle as well. make recovery much easier..
as for pct, how do you plan on running the clomid and nolvadex/

oh no... adex is 1mg .. i run .25mg ed through the cycle.. from the start.

itchy,puffy,burning sensitive nips... you will know... feel your shirt rubbing on them and stuff..lol
you want to catch it when these symptoms start before lumps form..
not that it will happen.. but you need to be aware..

I found proviron to be pretty ineffective for an AI, and in general. Personally, I like water retention for the strenght and bulk benefits, but many prefer to stay drier. I would go with ldex/adex if estrogen build up is a concern to you during cycle, keep dose as low as possible as these estrogen blockers can wreck havoc on your bones, cholesterol, and joint health if taken too high, too long. and to answer your question about when to take for this purpose..right away

Ive thought about HCg but I have only read a little about it, its an injection with a diabetic needle at 100iu ed or 500 iu every 5 days is that right. If it better on body i would rather do that. Kind of want ot do a couple of cylle down the raod with some stacking so I want to make sure I do it right!!!

Been reading a ton on this subject, a little nervous about it, got the sterilization and aspiration down just going to be hard to hit my thigh hopefully in the right spot.

the hcg you can do 250/500iu a couple times a week through cycle.stopping before you start any pct meds..
keep the boys functioning and you wont suffer testicular atrophy... as you get older you dont snap back like you use to.. this makes things easier..

Thanks Mammon hcg it is, is the injection with a diabetic and is that in the stomach, one last question, since this is a test only cycle and it takes test a while to get going, I ve been hearing people talk about a bump in the begining and how many mgs would you want to do a a first bump with.....like 600mg or something

i think with "bump" you re refering to frontloading

i wouldnt suggest it for a 1st time AAS user

best to just go ahead and stick with your planned dose and wait for it to kick in
