dude why are you even thinking suspension.. it needs to be injected atleast once a day.. multiple injections are better..

forget the nolvadex xt crap..

2nd test suspension? are you serious?
are you aware of the fact that it needs to be injected 2-3x/day and its painful

100ml vial? are you sure not 100mg/ml?

well, how about an approximate bf%?

Can you see your abs?

as for a recommended cycle, read up about test enanthate or test cypionate

also read up about post cycle therapy ; clomid nolvadex and AIs

also also, wouldnt be a bad idea to do some overall research on AAS, including side effects

you dont even have enough test to run a week worth of it. you need to read up learn more about aas usage and proper pct protocol. you have a lot to learn bro. a starter cycle would be more like
test e 500mgs/week for 12 weeks then run 4 weeks of pct 2 weeks after last injection.
leave winstrol alone for now.

You can see some oblique definition coming from the pelvic area. and without working out the abs a 4 pack but not very pronounced after an abb routine a 6 pack with four with nice sepereration and depth . . .im aiming for 8.

Ok, how many cc's per injection how many times a week? Im going to do much more reading to educate myself properly on this but in the meantime i very much appreciate you info.

it all depends on what your test is dosed at. you cant talk about dosing in ml. you need to build a cycle according to mgs.
