question about a cycle before i start
i have winny and anavar in hand and trying to get test cyp or test e. the problem i may have is, all i may be able to get is deca .
if this is all i can get how would i spead it out and take it correctly to get best results ?
stats..
5'10"
208 lbs
36 waist
17% bf.
in the past 3 months i've lost 30 lbs but for some reason i have stopped losing weight. my work out and diet hasnt changed a bit. its getting depressing it seems no matter how hard i work at it i cant get my bf down or my waist size down more.
i work out 6 days a week, 30 min. cardio a day(6 days) i eat 5-6 times a day
another question is should i change my work out some, what i mean is , do more reps per set? right now i'm doing 5-6 reps for 4 set heavy weight. my upper body is somewhat lean, its just my belly i cant seem to get rid of.

are you saying using deca instead of test is a waist or the entire plan using test is a waist?
i have just read plenty here and seen where plenty of guys have used test for (x) amount of weeks the added anavar and winny to the end.
what would be a better cycle ?
i guess you would want my goal... well, looking to put on SOME size, not huge, but my main goal is to get leaner. and from i've done in the past and read here test needs to be added to all cycles and it also aids in fat burning.
anavar and winny also help. i know my bf is a little high but i'm working on it hard and i'm not going to start this cycle unless i feel that i have all my ducks in a row. you guys know way more than i, thats why i'm asking.
i truely dont know what else i can do with my diet.
5:00 am
bowl of oat meal.. plain
9:30 a.m.
protien shake(25 carbs, 60 gr protien), a pieace of fruit, and a salad
12:00
fish/chicken, brown rice, veggies, and no fat yogurt
3:00
protien bar
6:00
fish, chicken or steak, brown rice, veggies/sweet potato
7:00
workout
9:00
protien shake after workout
10:00 go to bed

Low calorie diets, like you are doing, tend to work well and then plateau.. It's really hard for some to get ripped on them.. You need to start with X amount of calories and be able to reduce that amount each time your weightloss plateaus. Do some research in the diet section.. You can still get that BF down without gear if you re-format the diet. Personally, I like a no carb diet with refeeds twice a week.. I can usually get to around 10% BF and I have a similar body type to you..

sounds like you covered it for me......lolol
IF you can't get test , then you don't have a cycle PERIOD
anavar may not shut you down, but it is weak
winny and deca WILL definitely shut you down and are counterproductive to each other as one helps retain water for joint support and the other drys you out.....
winny also isn't really recommended unless your bodyfat is UNDER 10 % as you won't see much from it at higher %

my goal is to put a little more size and strenght on. i also want to get leaner. my upper body is getting there but my belly seems to be an issue. i bust my ass in the gym lifting and cardio and i'm ready to do a cycle.
