    First cycle or not?

Alright Ive done nothing but research for the last 6 months contemplating whether or not to go on a cycle of Test. Im 25 and have been lifting for about 2 years. Im 5'-11" and I weigh 172lbs 6%bf. My diet is pretty good lot of calories 4000 per day no junk food and protein shakes. Just trying to get some lean muscle. Im not really the body builder type just want to look good. Been a skinny dude all my life and it seems like gains are not easy at all even from where Im at. So my question is at 25 do I still have natural growth potential or is a cycle something I should consider? Thanks for any feedback ....kinda stuck here

    Welcome to AR

At 25, you are probably safe in that your growth plates are fused ! the only way to know for sure is X-rays, and blood work to see what your test levels are at now, but chances are you are OK to cycle. You are a bit light though

at 5'11 you could get to 190-200 naturally, but if your diet IS what you say it is, then you should be growing

post a typical days food intake along with time you eat and let us take a look

it wouldn't be terrible to do a cycle of Test ONLY for 12 weeks

6:00am Protein shake ( 750 calories, 50g protein the usual)
9:00am 2 cups whole grain oatmeal 2 slices of toast
11:00am-12:30pm 3 cups of pasta with asparagus and or baked chicken breast
Around 2:30-3:00pm another shake as a meal replacement

Dinner around 6:00pm or 7:00pm usually some type of pasta meal containing vegetables and chicken, and a steak about once a

then another shake right before shut eye

I work out from 4pm -5-5:30pm and sometimes a muscle group during the day at random times when I have a window.

Once again I am very appreciative of the veterans willing to give me advice.

yea, diet needs some work if you want to grow. each meal should contain good quality proteins, good carbs, and good fat

I think i will have some blood work done to check my test levels
What is a normal range for test?
I have done two 6 week SARM S4 cycles with awsome strength gains but 2-3 lb gain

Thanks T MOS diet is always my biggest challenge bc of my busy work schedule and I guess test would probably be a waste of $$ without an awesome diet right??
