Does anyone know anything about injectable b12?? how much of an increase in energy? fatloss potential if any??

Alot of people take it to help with increased appetite and energy.I'm taking it right now at 1000mcg ED,it seems to help a little but I think it's overhyped.

Like so many things it's an individual thing.

I love it. It increases my appetite almost immediately.

I add it to my test/nandralone injection to make it a full 2ml (1ml Test E., 1/2ml nandrolone ,
1/2ml b complex which contains 1000mcg/ml.) 2x EW. I have had great success with it.

You might also try some vet grad injectable b-complex, which I use too. It has a full spectrum of b vitamins and some have thiamine in them. Be cautious though some people have adverse reactions to thiamine. I need the the thiamine, because as former alcoholic it helps prevent me from craving alcohol.

I would say it a great addition to any AAS regimen.

Search in the Suppliment forum for b12 or B complex, you'll find 100 different threads with people's opinions about it. I use B-complex

it's not like aas where you 'notice' stuff really.... i mean for me at least. I didn't notice anything but then again it might be helping out in ways i'm not aware of. oh well, it's really cheap so I don't feel i wasted money like the time i bought 100 iu's of GH for 500 dollars and ran 2iu's a day for 50 days..... wow that sucked to find out i wasted all of that... lol
