Advice for my Prop Cycle

I just wanted some advice on my Prop cycle I will begin in 2 weeks from today. I am 21 years old, 6', 195 lbs, and 13% body fat. This is my first cycle AAS attempt. I have been told I the injection sites will hurt; due to the fact this is my first cycle. I have used Mdrol about 2 years ago and PCT with Clomid and Arimadex. Currently right now I am just on Amplify 02.
I plan to do 100 mgs EOD of the prop, pinning in 6 different injection points (Delts, Quads, Rear). My main concern with this cycle is the fact I am pro-gyno, and need advice with the correct PCT to use.
I currently have Arimadex and Clomid on hand and one question I need to know is the amount of each of these I should take?
I am aware Arimadex is an anti-estrogen and some people run it while they run the cycle, and your results might be less than what they could have been not running it on cycle.
Being pro-gyno do you suggest I run arimadex while I am running the Prop?
Lastly I plan to start my PCT 3 days before my last injection..is this correct?

Arimidex is usually started out at .25mgs EOD

Do you suggest running the arimadex while on my cycle? and if I do this, how much will it inhibit the results since its a counteractive procedure right?
