    Exclamation URGENT:I need to cut my abs

    I want to cut my abs ,but I don't know how.
    I'll do a winny cycle and after it I'll enter in a cutting cycle(you guys enter here,prescribe an efficient cutting cycle),please
    help me .I really want to look cut ,the summer is arriving and
    and I have to look good to put the t-shirts out!!!!!

    xenadrine is the most inefficient thing i've ever put in my body ,due to therma-pro and ripped fuel ,ECA doesn't work in me.I was thinking about clen or Cytomel to cut.Sweden ,I don't remember of you to have a Mr.
    Olympia or a famous bodybuilder do you????Maybe the lazy are others......but let's stop this stupid discussion and talk about helping me

    Come on guys, I took this thread as a joke. I am a proud "Lazy ass" american.. LOL..
    But to answer your question, bud, cardio is the only thing that is going to get those abs in shape. Cardio cardio cardio.. no easy way to do this.. Xenedrine, Ripped Fuel, etc, will help with fat burning, but you will have to get your body in the habit of burnning fat.
