    info on injection sites

    when i stary my cycle when back from my holiday would like a bit of info, when i done my last cycle which was a few years ago now i used test e twice a week and only used my glutes as i am doing sust this time eod where is the second best place as i dont want to inject in the same place more then once a week as i know this is no good where else is recomended easy wise what are biceps like thanks guys

    hey from personal experience the thighs are the best place to shoot.... it may sound painful, but its actually the least painful spot for me.. try it out... i alternate arms and thighs EOD

    i use sust in the glutes.... warm it up first in hot water it will make it easyer!
