Anyways, Im unemployed and don't have a whole lot to do all day so sitting around and doing not a whole lot is catching up to me. I don't want to get fat on cycle, currently on 30mg Dbol/day and 500mg Test E per week for 12 weeks. 5'9, 205lbs, just generally a thick person and it runs in my family, around 14-15% BF. I want to try and lean out as much as possible while on cycle but still hammer the weights.
My question is: Should I do 30-60 min cardio every morning when I get up and then hit the gym later in the day, before supper'ish? Or would this be too much? I haven't really done much cardio since being out of college/highschool.
