Higher dosage of nolva to further combat side effects?

1. should i do a higher dosage to further combat the post cycle acne?

i was going to do 40/40/20/20




2. when i complete my Nolva, do i need to go on a Supplement PCT like i did before or will nolva be enough. haha i just don't want to F my hormones up again

i dont know what your doing here.. if your talking about pct and recovery of HPTA id run both nolvadex and clomid.. 30 days or so..

yes i was going to just use nolva, should i use more?

my cycle before and now is Spawn, it's a PH (don't have the money and i think i'm too young for AAS)


i'm 26, 5'7 and 180-185 pounds.
