Need Advise
Ok, I'm a 19 year old college football player, and I'm 6ft 195 pounds. My dad, and his dad were both 6ft also. I'm heavier then they were at this age, I'm guessing its because Ive lifted since i was 14 years old.
so anyway, I'm trying to put on some more weight for the fall season and was wondering what you think about me taking my first cycle of Methyl V-Test. I have heard that Steroids stop you from growing and all that, and since this is a pro hormone, its the same thing as a steroid pretty much. I think I'm done growing for the most part, but i would like to hear everybody's opinion, it would help me out a lot.
Thanks!

3. you may permenantly damage your hpta.. (your testicles and testosterone production, pretty much)
dont look for the easy way out.. i'd wait till i was 23-24 before i did a cycle if i were u

Thank you, ive seen u post on the forum alot and respect your knowledge in the subject and your opinion a lot, and i plan on waiting because of it.
as for the diet and training routine, at the moment i lift mon-fri (days gym is open) and do light cardio and agility every other day. I try to eat a lot of proteins and stuff like that, i dont drink pop or eat any junk food. I don't have a set diet though...i don't really know enough about nutrition i guess.....Last edited by Dsu22; 04-04-2009 at 05:56 PM.

How about you post up your typical days food intake and let us see what we can tweek to help you gain
you have SO much natural testosterone at your age, it doesn't make any sense to turn that off and risk not getting it back up to the levels it is now.
and your growth plates don't fuse until your mid 20's so you may end up taller than your dad and grandad

I eat about 4 meals a day, and i try to have protein in every one.
Breakfast - eggs, toast, and yogurt. ( i love yogurt lol )
Lunch - we eat ALOT of meat in my family so i usually just eat like steak and potatoes from the night before. or something like that.
Mid day - I eat like tuna sandwiches, with fruit or make something of that nature
Dinner - like i said, always porkshops, ribs, steak...something like that.
no junk food, no soda, and yeah...that a rough layout of what i do i guess oh yeah and i eat fruit with about every meal of the day except dinner, lots of apples, oranges...bannanas, blueberries...stuff like thatLast edited by Dsu22; 04-04-2009 at 06:04 PM.

See, that was simple to find the problem !! You need to eat more and eat better
Try eating every 2.5 to 3 hours 6-8 meals a day
Steak is great !!
I eat what you eat for the whole day in about two meals....lolol
seriously, you just need to eat better and MORE, you will be amazed at the progress you will make
there is a diet section here, and all the threads that are stuck at the top of that thread are great to help you work a better diet

Good for you for listening and taking advice, it is good advice really.
Yes eat MORE, and especially more often. I actually lost about 30 lbs of fat and put on 20 lbs of muscle by just eating more often and better. More protien in your diet, Eat MORE chicken and tuna. Eggs and oatmean (real oatmeal, not 2 minute stuff) in the mornings.
Read the diet section. There is SOooo much to learn there.
Good luck and have fun.
