Tren - loss of cardio endurance

I wasn't sure if this was a "workout" question or "steroid " question, kind of has both.

Anyways... I'm about 9-10 weeks into a 14 week prop/tren cycle. I've ran these compounds multiple times, but whenever I run the tren at 100mg ed or more, cardio becomes impossible for more than one reason. I try jogging in the morning, but my calves become swollen like grapefruits after 1 or 2 minutes due to the pump... that's even before I start to lose my breath from the tren (due to the fact that tren causes more oxygen to shuttle to muscle).

Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe any other type of cardio training to do that won't cause the huge pump in my calves, but still have the same fat burning effect?

Luckily I've still put on a rediculous amount of muscle, probably more than my very first cycle many, many years ago... but I need to cut up.

Also, does anyone else experience this with tren?
