Do you need to aspirtate when injecting b12? im asking because its not oil based...just curious

You should aspirate anytime you inject something. Although, no harm will come to you if you inject b12 in a vein

Whatever the injection you still have to aspirate . Be careful not to hit the blood vessel as usual.

the only time I don't aspirate is when doing Sub Q injections

thanks...its kind of hard to see if blood comes up since b12 is red..
