    clen help?

    ok i have been taking clen since march 18th and i am doing the benadryl method....but i noticed today that my hands r not shaking as much as they were b4 does this matter?

    This is normal. After awhile of being on clen you receptors will become saturated with the clen making the effects less and less. Normally you up the dosage to counter this. Personally i go from 40mcgs to 120mcgs. When i hit 120mcgs and stop shaking i cycle off the clen. Hope this helps.

    I think it helps. I've done it both way and i seem to be ready for another cycle sooner while taking the benadryl. Thats me tho.

    ok so pretty much the best way to run clen is 2 on and 2 off?
